I recieved this as a gift and since day 1 the seal was faulty on the ice crusher blade attachment. There was little to ZERO help to get a replacement that worked without leaking....I was will to pay for it even though it never sealed properly.....Customer Service told me I'd have to purchase an entire new blender.....I just use the seed blender for my daily morning smoothies. Maybe Santa will bring me a new one this year?awesome blender, awful service....

I need a blender for my grandson & daughter, they have a vita mix but want something smaller so they can make just one smoothie at a time and one that is easier to clean as that is the reason they don't use the vita mix. Will this one work better for what they want to use it for?

I have had my VitaMix 11 years...how much easier can it be to clean?? Put water and a drop of soap in it and turn it on!

What a blessing this little blender is for us. We use it everyday and some days several times. It is wonderful for so many things. I hope everyone buys one of these. it will make life a lot easier.
