Sleep enhanced (2/10/2010)
For years my husband has been an exceptionally light sleeper with a minimal number of hours per night. After utilizing the rebounder for only three weeks, performing the health bounce two minutes five times per day, he is sleeping sounder and longer each night.

Good bouncer (12/28/2010)
The Needak is relatively expensive but well worth it. The bounce is soft, unlike the jarring bounce of the "Wal-mart" type rebounders. The folding feature is great for travel. My wife and I use it every day 10 minutes at a time. Good arobics and fun exercise as we watch the morning sky change colors at dawn breathing in the fresh air. Also the cover is guaranteed for 5 years so the stitching probably isn't going to come apart like others we have used, including the Urban Rebounder.

QUESTION (3/14/2011)
I tried a rebounder years ago, and everything went great as I sprung up higher and higher, but no one told me how to slow down and stop. My sudden stop wrenched my knee. Can someone tell me how to avoid that problem once my stamina has gone and aI need to suddenly stop?

Dear Question (3/27/2011)
There is a book "Miracle of Rebounding" I came across when I was preparing for a physical fitness test in the Army. It says you are to start slowly (warm-up) and slow down (cool-down) your workout before you stop. I used the suggestions as a guide and never had problems using a rebounder.
