Barley Max for acne (12/3/2009)
I've been a Hallelujah Health Minister for about 4 years and could never get my teenage son to go on the diet. However, he agreed to take the Barley Max Capsules and with in a month his acne was cleared up and he said he felt better and had more energy. We also use it when we go snow skiing out West to prevent true altitude sickness - we just tripled the daily dose the day before the trip starts- it works like a charm!

great for starters (1/5/2010)
i used this product when i first began the hallelujah diet because my senses rejected the stong smell of the barley powder/drink. Very convenient for travel. After a couple of bottles of the capsules I was finally able to graduate to the powder/drink without problems because i knew the products effect and looked forward to getting the barley in my system as quickly as possible!!

BarleyMax for restless-leg syndrome (7/1/2010)
When I wake up with restless-leg syndrome, I get up and put about 1/4 t. of BarleyMax under my tongue. In 5 min., the restless-leg problem disappears and I can go back to sleep. (Trial and error gave me the needful dose.)

Sinus solution (8/20/2010)
I've used Barley Max capsules for 9 years. Previously, I lived with sinus problems about 80% of the time (except summer). Since Barley Max, I live almost free of sinus-problems.

Fresh breath and mouth ulcers (8/9/2012)
I have been taking barlelymax for 2 years now, it has become part of my diet because I realized that it keeps my mouth fresh. My daughter had mouth ulcers which the source I did not know but realised it was caused by poor diet and she recovered just by taking a teaspool in evening in the morning she told me she was ok. If you have a cold, or cough just keep a little powder in the mouth at intervals of two hours and the cold disappears within a day or two.
